Vitamin D3

One of the most widely deficient nutrients, particularly for people who train indoors or live in northern climates with limited sun exposure. Tied to bone health, immune function, and possibly muscle performance.
Typical dosing: 1,000-5,000 IU daily, taken with a fat-containing meal since D3 is fat-soluble. Blood testing is the only reliable way to know your actual level and ideal dose.

Probiotics
