We built GymMaxCalculators.com to cover the lifts and numbers lifters actually search for and can never find a good tool for — neck training, grip strength, hip thrusts, weighted dips, farmer's carries, and more — alongside the standard squat, bench, and deadlift calculators everyone expects.
Every calculator on this site runs entirely in your browser. There are no accounts to create, no data to hand over, and no paywalls. Enter your numbers, get your result.
Our barbell lift calculators use established estimation formulas (Epley, Brzycki, and Lombardi) averaged together. Our bodyweight movement calculator accounts for how much of your bodyweight a given movement actually loads. Our scoring calculators use published Wilks and DOTS coefficients. Where no standardized formula exists for a lift or test — like the farmer's carry or grip testing — we say so directly on that calculator's page rather than presenting a made-up number as scientific fact.
